The Physical Benefits Of Quitting Alcohol

Much has been written on the mental benefits one enjoys after the initial adjustment period of quitting drinking. This blog aims at documenting the physical benefits of sobriety. There will be no mention of how good or bad it feels, but a written presentation of physical (and important mental) changes that occur and are noticed. There will be zero preaching, and anyone who seeks external help and encouragement to enjoy the advantages of sobriety can draw plenty from here and use these experiences as examples and reasons to not get intoxicated. Everything here is related to ceasing the use of alcohol, pot and cigarettes. Exactly in that order.
